2nd Infusion done

Hi MS friends,

I had my second Ocrevus infusion this morning and I'm back at home now resting.

I did much better this time; no itchy throat or eyes, however I'm running a low grade fever now, and my pulse is high, but I expect that those side effects will settle down as the night goes on!

I hope you are feeling better. Did you just do the second half dose?

I asked about that at the infusion center and they said it was a full dose. I feel a little confused now, but all I know is that I have had the first two infusions, two weeks apart and now I can wait 6 months before the next.

I found that some of the techs at the infusion centers don't really know much about the Ocrevus infusions. They just follow the instructions from the pharmacy. The instructions tell them the whole pack at a certain drip speed, they don't realize it's only half strength.

Yes, they were all about drip speed. So many mg. per so many minutes, etc.
