I'm using Hope tinctures for the burning pain in my back but it doesn't seem to be totally helping. Is there a stronger tincture or do I need to change how I take it?

Medical marijuana
I am by no means an expert but their are specialist naturopath doctors who use medical marijuana in there practice. You could try to locate one of them. I have tested it on myself to find out what works for me, but I grow my own, so I just soak the flowers in cold oil and use a table spoon of the oil.
I don't know but I hope you don't live here in Illinois where they have run out and it has only be legal since Jan 1 2020
I've been on the canabis therapy for quite some time. I've found (supported by canibis research) that different types (strains) have different effects. We are just a year into legalization for medical so there is still quite alot of trial and error in some cases. I have found there are some really good apps on explaining and helping decide on what will have the most benefits for the particular ailment. Each person reacts a bit differently to each as well. We have a cannabinoid system in our bodies that processes cannabis. It's as individual as we each are. Pharma meds are not really much different or we wouldn't need so many of the same type medication. The difficult part is educating oneself to what will be best. Tinctures have different properties as do the plants themselves. As far as the cannabanoid content THC vs CBD and the others as well. One strain will be better for inflammation, one better for neuropathic etc... there is still much to learn but you might check out apps such as leafy or other cannabis strain apps. They have alot of good information on what to look for as a good starting point. I tried taking the suggestions from our dispensary staff, however I want to know more about it than just trying something someone thinks I should do. First off I'm in a fiscal pickle and cant afford the big errors where I wasnt getting much relief at all.
