Anyone that uses it. What is your preferred method of use? Did you change from another method? I am offered a trial of it but I don't know much about it.

I like the tincture if I can get it, otherwise vaporizing. Edibals afe crazy for me, they are debilitating. Tincture is well measured, vaporizing effects immediately so you know when you have had enough. I would recommend not eating edibals!
I was given an option of which I wanted to try. Not gonna vaporize. My choice. I used to smoke cigarettes and don't wanna take a chance of kindling anything.
I quit cigarettes 17 years ago, smoking cannibus doesn’t trigger me at all to smoke cigarettes again, but if you think it will it probably will. I would suggest the drops for you. Also a Indica heavy strain, but a hybrid with a little Sativa. I like about 70% Indica 30% Sativa. Indica helps with appetite.
Tough question. It seems everyone responds so differently that it would be hard to know what would work best for you for any particular symptom. So much is trial and error. I’m not much help, am I?
You could also just smoke it out of a pipe. You need to get a grinder and grind it up first.
From an ex-smoker also, no desire whatsoever to smoke anything, cannabis included while vaping flower in a vaping tool. Grind a bit in your fingertips into the tool and away you go! Vaping is the safest route as it is immediate, dose determining, and not processed in any way, so all natural!!!! After having tried vaping, tried smoking the same, yeah, not for me whatsoever.
Strains.....now that's going to take a bit of research on your part. Rule of thumb, sativa's are energizing (fatigue fighting), indica's are sleep promoting. THC can fight pain, but my neurologic pain is best combatted by CBD. THC negates CBD, and CBD negates THC. So although nearly all contain a bit of each, high CBD strains for me are good for pain, and high THC sativa strains are good for fatigue. Now those are my 2 keep me comatose symptoms, pain, and fatigue, and the pain keeps me from sleeping, so.... What about all the other 101 M.S. symptoms I have? Those take a serious nutrition lifestyle to work on.
I'm sure they're helping at least with the fatigue as well! The pain? Yeah, not without the evening CBD vape, I don't sleep because of the pain. And since vaping is short duration, an edible in addition can get you through the night. Edibles are longer lasting, So they may not kick in for up to 2 hours, they can keep you asleep after the vaping wears off. Waiting for an edible to start working......yeah that means I'm up a long time, even though exhausted, tired, and in pain! Or...like tonight...I vaped, slept well for 3-1/2 hours, pain kicked in, I'm up to vape again. Will sleep the rest of the night now.
There is now a symptom/strain app from a site called Leafly (a cannabis industry site) that I have used for their strain analysis, think of it as a place where people give their yelp reviews of various strains, to let you know what works, what doesn't for what ails you. Look for Leafly's "cannabis strain explorer". Sorry no link to clip/post. But there you click your symptoms, and it gives you a list of strains. From there you look at each strain and read reviews and determine what's best for you to try. Who thought! I review eateries all the time this way, so the single handful I can actually afford to do each year.......I'm well informed before I pick one! Same with the cannabis I vape!
My yoga instructor who also has MS says it helps with spasticity. I know it helps with pain management. I have considered it but am not willing to try.
I am trying through a Ms support group. Wish I had trial. Was told 15% cbd,15%medical marijuana. I have chronic pain so I don't know. I wish you well. Helps to research and find good Ms Specialist.
I like and take cbd/THC pills at night - really helps with pain and staticity. During the day, if it gets bad I take a quick puff of my vape, but I don't like to be high when I'm working - so usually wait until I get home.
Sativa seems to work best for me, Indica is little to strong and makes me too sleepy. My boss who has actively fought against Marijuana legalization, a few month back he read "Reefer Sanity" and called me and said "read XX page, I just cured you MS" - lol. It's certainly not a cure but it does help me with inflammation.
I have been for the last 4 months or so thru MNs state program. The 50/50 CBD/THC helps the most with my spacticity/pain during the day & higher THC @ night for pain when my meds wear off. I vape both (but a current cigarette smoker). My pain clinic immediately decreased my pain meds when I started so pain my has increased bc I haven’t adjusted my cannabis meds. Thinking of a trying a 50/50 capsule for longer relief.
I just received my MM card. I just started with 1:1 gummies without results. Everyone tells me I need something more potent to work. I may try vaping to help with spasms and pain.
