Get a piece of paper then draw a horizontal STRAIGHT line from left to tight
further down the page draw a wavy line again from left to right
thirdly draw a line again from left to write this time with sharp up and downs much like a pulse reading or a heart rate monitor,
Lastly draw a fourth line wavy like number two bot slowly dropping lower on the page. This line goes down it does not really stay as high as it was at the beginning it has its ups and down but it is going down.

Scary I guess if "YOU: kook ar as something to have fear of. Reality of any Homosapien life if "YOU" really think about it. "YOU" build yourself up and at some point in your life "YOU" start to drop. Everybody does it is part of the condition that we call life. There are drops, some steeper than others, but my dear siblings there are drops.
"YOU" know this I know this. Stop for a minute, let the pain frustration anger wash by "YOU". Give it time it will pass. Perhaps not st the speed "YOU" or I might like, but it will pass, "YOU? might come out the other side with missing abilities, "YOU" might come out the other side with a different appreciation perspective for this, "YOUR LIFE?
Stay calm, rest yourself, centre centre yourself. This will pass one day, until then learn everything that "YOU" can. Surround yourself with the beauty of this ms life, be astounded by its wonders. There is so much available to us, find what fascinates "YOU" and learn. We all have time now, make use of that time and be the bst "YOU" that "YOU" can be. If "YOU" can share that with another that might ve good, if :YOU" can not there is always two lines of text that "YOU" can share with us. Do not yearn for a reply just be content with having your thoughts out there, Who knows where it may stick.
