at my home today,the 1st day of summer is 109 degrees! I found some neuropothy socks that have gel in the sole and you put them in fridge to keep them cold,works great.so happy when I find things that work for me.

Sounds like a great idea but I don’t wear socks and most of the time shoes from May til October.😅😂🤣
