I live in S. Central Pa. It's been hovering around the 80s outside. My question is. Anyone taking Ocrevus experience better heat tolerance? Unless I'm in direct sunlight I don't reallize hot warm it has gotten in the house, which by no means helps my walking. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced rhis.

Is it Ocrevus?
Hi dailygrump40 I have only had the 1 full dose. And I live in the south west ny area. And it's been about 70 and mostly raining.
Yesterday was sunny and warm and did yard work, and didn't feel a difference. 🙁 I had my cooling belt and neck wrap on!
I am glad it's working for you though.!🤗💕🌠
Heat sensitivity is mostly gone for me. It happened 4-5 months after first Ocrevus treatment. I can handle work out in 85, lazying around at 90-95, I've even had 107 recently for 15 min or so until car A/C picked up. all with no real symptoms.
But I still prefer at 70 degree or so weather.
If my insurance company ever gets it together I'll be starting Ocrevus too. I live in SWFL where it's hot as HELL if you ask me. It's after 5pm and currently 93° with 100% humidity. If Ocrevus helps even a teeny bit I will be ecstatic!!!
I started Ocrevus last October & have had one full does in Aoril. So far the summer heat hasn't bothered me which has been wonderful! No fatigue setting in & no relapses.
Unfortunately I have not. I am in South Carolina and we have had a few really hot days this past week. Luckily I work inside and enjoy the free ac there. My right leg actually malfunctions even faster when it is really cold.
I have been on Ocrevus for 3 years now.
Glad you are seeing improvement!!
Have you seen any improvement at all?
I have not improved but progression seems to have slowed. My new neuro thinks I may have ppms rather than rrms so that may be why. My symptoms of right sided weakness and fatigue did get a little worse after I had a hysterectomy in January but I think that is common when you stress the body that much. I have started exercising again hoping to get some strength back. I also started going to the chiropractor about a month ago and am now sleeping better and having much more regular bowel movements. I am hoping it will also help with the fatigue with continued adjustments. My husband fatigue has pretty much gone away after 2 weeks at the chiropractor but he doesn't have ms.
I know there are lots of people who have improved on Ocrevus, I hope you are one of those who do too!
I think I have but I feel the period between going off TY and getting the Ocrevus working haven't been the best to me. My ability to walk has went downhill. It seems anywhere I see an improvement there is a bad sidw effect hiding.
