The words I write, the ideas I give "YOU" are for "YOU". Only "YOU. they are what "YOU" need to see, hear, think about right now. Maybe they resonate in "YOU" today maybe tomorrow maybe the day after that. They will be there for "YOU" when "YOU" need them the most.

Always I tell "YOU" that "YOU can come to terms with this affliction, understand it a little. Defend yourself against it a lot. The strength, the tenacity, the willingness to go on is in "YOU" always within "YOU", nobody else, within YOU.

Stand strong, let that knowledge flow over "YOU" then into every cell of your body. Believe in yourself. "YOU" my friend are not defeated, merely a little bruised. Pick up your feet and carry on.
