Oh help, that’s too hot. Here in the U.K., it hit 90* but thank God we are back to normal 70*. I can handle that, so I am sorry I have no help. Hope someone can help as it seems a common problem in the States. Blessings Jimeka 🤗

I'm luckier than many in that I just don't go out when it's hot. I don't know what to suggest.

that is the smart answer👍

Sorry, when it's that hot I stay indoors with the AC and my fan. A spray bottle of water and those little battery operated fans are somewhat helpful outdoors. I've never actually tried any other cooling devices.

I usually stay in with the air conditioner or fan.

If I am out, I suffer.

My husband does most of the outdoor chores which is a Godsend and good entertainment when the red winged blackbird divebombs him.

🤣

I have a cooling "scarf" but have yet to use it.

My outside work is limited to "What's the temperature" and "How do I feel right now". Luckily, I'm Rural-Residential instead of HOA, so it doesn't really matter, but I usually only cut the front yard every 2 weeks and have begun just cutting paths through the back yard. My health is more important than what my neighbors think! When I mow, I stop when I've had enough regardless of how much still needs to be cut. I think this is the 4th year I've done this, and no complaints yet!

I've used keto for years to help with heat tolerance, but have had to be quite strict this week 🥵

Polar cooling vest outside and switch to a cooling towel when I come back in. And Drinking cold water. Fan when exercise inside.

Oh my lord, that's too hot! Cooling Towels helps me .I bought it on Amazon. You rinse the towel out

and apply on your body. It's nice and cold.

I try to avoid going places when it is super hot out but when I need to be outdoors, I will wear my cooling vest and carry a squirt bottle with a mister fan.

When it is that HOT I stay in with the A/C & a fan going I can't handle those high temps. I do use cool ties in the summer so I can get out a little. Mary

A cooling vest works great if you are outside or with no A/C. They make ice packs to wear under hats & wrist & ankle ice packs & also one for your neck. Drink LOTS of cool water & stay away from drinks with caffeine & sugar as they will dehydrate you. We've been about 5 degrees cooler than where you are but with very high humidity. I used to live in the desert & could stand 100 degrees but when it gets up past 80 with the humidity here I feel like I can't breathe or walk another step.
