Self confidence, self worth. SELF

Hmm it is Sunday afternoon and she who must be obeyed is watching Sister Wives, which I think is garbage, and I watched most of Deadpool 2 earlier, which I think is a good movie franchise. So with nothing else to do I get to talk to everybody and drink coffee. Perhaps listen to my theme songs in the background. It is a nice day outside, a little too warm but nice. The sky is blue, and I really do not hurt very much anywhere. Life is good, quite good and I am happy. No I am not really sure what happy is, contented, yes I am contented.

How about “YOU”? Would “YOU” change anything on this day? What, Why, How? Are “YOU doing anything to make the change “YOU” wish for happen or are “YOU” just aimlessly wishing for something? Ask yourself, then answer yourself. Perhaps if it can be done ask yourself why “YOU” are not doing it. If “YOU” are doing it does it make “YOU” happy, Are “YOU” happy, are “YOU” truly happy? In my opinion the goal is not to be cured of Relapsing-Remitting ms (RRms) it is to learn from it. How do I cope with pain that makes the worst pain fill like a twitch. How do I cope with situations that should bring me to my knees, leave me quivering in fear in a cold dark corner. What do I and “YOU” have to do to thrive for fifty, sixty, seventy years with this disease? The flame of strength is within me, I can, “YOU” can feel it, How do we unleash that firestorm, to allow it to burn brightly and with such ferocity that RRms quivers for it knows it has met its match in “YOU” and me.

As silly as it sounds, make some rules for yourself, and follow them. It is against the rules to ever harm myself or through inaction cause myself harm. My illness does have a genetic component, it does run in families, no matter what anybody says. Be strong for somebody else. A person that is looked up too, held as a guiding light. My uncle had RRms and he really coped well , I am going to be like him. My mother had ms and it slowed her but I never saw it hold her back, she was a strong woman. Cry when “YOU” must but never be controlled by your tears. Let them flow when “YOU” must it is ok we are only human. There is no perfection, only experience and the learning that comes from it.

This is your life, “YOU” walk your own path, what is right for me may not be right for “YOU” I will try to give “YOU” some guidance but the heavy lifting is up to “YOU” Are “YOU” willing to find your purpose, to act on it and be what “YOU” can be. To decide that YES I AM WORTHY, I AM CAPABLE and I WILL }PLAY THIS ms GAME the absolute BEST way that I CAN. I and “YOU” are worthy and WILL achieve my goals. I am NOT beaten today tomorrow, any day I CAN and I WILL DO ms.

I had a nice day.I wouldn't change a thing. :)

I think if one does a lot of comparing with other's or indulges in a lot of self-pity they will have a rougher way to go finding happiness.

If one likes to feel depressed, then spend a bunch of time ruminating. I don't waste much time on that or crying about life being unfair.

“Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be.”
