I HAVE FIVE.. HOW ABOUT YOU?

I have five resting/restoring sometimes mediation stations in my home that I use throughout a typical day. First stop is my bedroom used for sleeping and napping as needed. My bathroom has become a new favorite because I've learned to linger after completing my purpose and just rest a little and sometimes strategize my next set of movements and prioritize them. My favorite and most frequently used is the recliner in our family room. Most of the time you will find me there. My least favorite is the built in desk chair in our kitchen. If I'm using it I'm attempting to complete a meal with frequent small rest breaks. Then only with weather and heat permitting I get to sit outside in a lounge chair and enjoy the outdoors☺️ So about you..Share please ☺️🙏☺️

I know what you mean about the bathroom & using it to strategize. :) I like you have my bed & recliner, and weather permitting on my deck (my favorite) but my sewing room would also be high up there. It's my room and energy permitting I enjoy creating in there. :)

My sewing room is where I can be found most of every day, too.

I used to love to crochet, cook, sew al that kind of..i have quit because I became frustrated about trying to follow patterns and directions, I spent more time crying than getting anything accomplished..oh how I miss doing those creative things.

There are times when I have to walk away because directions won’t make sense, and when I try to push through, I make major mistakes. I try to squeeze in what I can when I can.

I hope you can find something as a creative outlet.

That's awesome. That's great that you try not let MS take that joy of sewing away from you too☺️🙏☺️

I have recliners in three rooms. My favorite spot is the one in the dining room, in front of the window, that overlooks the pond.

Wow three recliners!! That's great I too would love the view of the pond. We just can't let this MS take everything. Finding joy/peace in nature is truly a blessing ☺️🙏☺️

I am either in my recliner or bathroom same as you and I go into the kitchen. I saw this show on tv about how this older person had died and let me tell you it did wake me up, she had medical issues. But the way she passed was because she had a not been moving a lot and ended up having a blood clot that ended up in her lungs and that is how she passed away so I need to move around more I know I don’t have any blood clots

But that is a wake up call for me. I need to move around more.

That's incredibly sad. Thanks for sharing. Movement is critical for us and the general public. Thank goodness I enjoy walking and go several times a week in my subdivision. That's why I love luv my rollator☺️🙏☺️

I have a power chair , gets me out doors when weather permits , it also tilts so I can stretch my back out. I mostly use it at the end of the day . I love it.
