I recently started doing these every afternoon. After reading up on this I learned why I enjoy it. It takes coordination and raises your heartbeat.

Ibenmaor Jumping Jacks? I have never, ever been able to do these because I couldn't coordinate the movements. Arms alone, yes. Legs alone, sort of. Arms and legs together, nah, no way. In high school, my PE teacher made fun of me, mocking my lack of coordination. Now I wonder if I was just naturally a klutz or if MS nerve damage was beginning.
I understand but you can continue with your arms.

Getting hearts pumping does get the white blood cells moving - which is very good for us whichever way you look at it, or do it!
