Funny story. I made a random comment on Facebook about accredo and they panicked and upper management called yesterday to make sure things were resolved.
My billing was finally straightened out November 27. And I’m getting my meds now.
It’s too bad it took social media to get their attention, especially since I try really hard not to complain there! Anyway, now this manager is personally monitoring my next three orders!

I have to remember that! It's a mess the first order of each year. Even tho' One to One has been paying for my meds for years, the first of every year they want to bill me. It's ALWAYS a mess to get set up. I always end up at my dr's office getting samples because I am NOT paying that huge amount for meds!
