Know this, understand and accept this. We all have a progressive illness, we do all that we can, every moment to circumvent its maneuvers. Sometimes we hold our ground, maybe even take a step forward, but very sadly this is a losing game. Our decisions and choices determine how fast we move backward. Make smart decisions from the very beginning and after twenty years "YOU" will be saying these things. Make decisions based "ONLY on FEAR and HOPE" and "YOU" might be saying "IF ONLY I HAD" These are your decisions to make. Nobody, but "YOU" can make them, and nobody but "YOU" has to live with the consequences. It really is all about "YOU" for it is your life, your ms. Make the smart choices and live it well for it is a very long journey, in this your ms life. Remember it is a doable condition. "YOU" and only "YOU" have to make the choice of how "YOU" are going to do it. Strongly with your shoulders back or weak and cowering dreading every moment?
