NOT, and yes I yelled at "YOU". Rather rude but now is not the time to be in denial. If I upset "YOU" or hurt your feelings, "YOU" do have my most sincere apologies. For "YOU" right now, is not to the time to be 24 hours a day 7 days a week scared, 31 days. "YES" give yourself an hour or three a day. After 20 years I still manage 15 minutes or so a week. So sadness, frustration and anger are normal, so when "YOU" do it is okay. "YOU" are not weak, just normal for a sick person, and we are sick. But not incapable, somebody to be pitied or ignored. "YOU" are Strong, "YOU" will be determined, knowledgeable, but " YOU" will never allow yourself to be a victim or pitied.

This is thee beginning of your journey. There is no need to be afraid. Scared at times yes, but it only the fear of the unknown. Let me ease that fear a little. "YOU" can, "YOU' will "YOU" do, do this illness. It is life long, but let me assure "YOU" that this illness can be "DONE", it has been done and it is no secret. msers have no greater anything than "YOU" have, they just made a decision to "DO ms".

"YOU" can do it as well, I am not special I just paid attention.
