We don't have a selection for August as yet. I'm sure it's coming soon. So I chose one of last month's artist, Karen of Kendalvillle, IN. She is very talented and worth checking out her other artwork and her story. A brave MS personality for sure.

When I am painting, I plain and simply do not hurt. I get lost in creating when I can visualize. Art is my escape. Blessed to have had parents who gave me art lessons in my youth, I devote much of my time to my painting now that I can no longer work. I have a local following which gives me incentive to paint even more since finished painting aren’t stacked in a dark closet. God may have taken my legs and career, but he gave me the time to paint. When one door closes, another opens.
