Playing out next Friday night after the Tysabri infusion 😊

Got my Tysabri infusion next Friday 27th July. Also have been invited to one of the Endoscopy doctors leaving party aswell that night.. It's at a posh Indian restaurant called The Raj and for some reason I'm really nervous about going and really looking forward to seeing everybody aswell 🙄🙄🙄🙄.

It’s probably with having your infusion on the same day. You are an intelligent lady, so I am sure that if you don’t feel right after the infusion you will make the right decision, and you are with the medical profession so they should understand. Thanks jimeka ur right I know and I know they'll all be getting pickled and I can't do that anymore! One glass of wine and that's my limit I'm afraid. I'll stop worrying I promise 😊😊😊😊

I will and I'm getting my hair cut and coloured the day before and my eyebrows are being waxed 😊😊😊😊😊. I'm going for it lol xxxx

Well if your nervous 😬 about the type of food just have something to eat before you go. Don’t be nervous you were invited so just be yourself and have a great time.

Will this be your first infusion? I’ve had two so far; and although many people say they feel worn out or bad for a few days after; I have not found that to be the case for me. I’ve made sure I drinks TONS of water for 24 hours prior to infusion; have to get up & go to the bathroom several times while I’m there but they say that’s GOOD and what they want to see.

I’m not sure if the lack of side effects (so far) may be because I’m one of the odd balls of the MS community that doesn’t suffer from fatigue..... May be that Tysabri is hard on those that do.... not sure. Will be praying for you!!

Infusions are 5 days for the first round, 3 days a year later for the second, and last - hopefully, round.

Chek with dr plz ,may be it is better to take the infusion every 6weeks instead of 4 weeks to have less risk of becoming jcv positive.
