Physical therapy

My physical therapist visited yesterday for an evaluation.

Here he is writing up a customized plan tailored to my exact needs!

I love your posts and sense of humor! You brighten so many days. Thank you!

I also learn much from your serious messages. Just read your post about PT and agree 100%. I am just a caretaker for my daughter with MS. She initially was diagnosed with TM at age 23 but that converted to MS one year ago. Since the conditions are similar as far as symptoms go, she has been in PT consistently for 9 years. I think it has made a big difference in her quality of life. I hope your PT after your hip surgery helps you get back on your feet quickly. Wishing you comfort and a speedy recovery. You are an inspiration!

Well, not the wilderness, but I live in the country and have gardens. I do it for the critters so every day there are things to see, lots of birds. Right now we have monarch caterpillars. 😊

Once, when my hub and I were out walking, a big group of monarchs were flying about, ready to travel. They were everywhere and it was magical

Of course I didn't bring my camera that day.😅

Wow! Magical is right. No camera at the time sounds about right too! 🤣 Fortunately we have had monarchs coming and going off and on for years, so I do have pics. Still magical though!
