I haven’t watched more than two of his videos, but this one made me sit up and take notice because that’s been my thinking. Unfortunately, many doctors don’t follow that thinking, and we all know most insurance models don’t either.

this does make a lot of sense, will bring it up AGAIN with my neuro. Though nearly 20 years in I sort of understand, but I shall ask anyway
