Anyone have experience with taking Neudextra as well as Lexapro for anxiety? Worried about mixing them and interactions

Your doctor is aware you are taking both? Your pharmacist would be a great resource person, too.

I highly agree. Discuss with your pharmacist.

I agree. Neurologist should know if this combo is safe. Both meds affect serotonin; you don’t want levels of serotonin to go too high.

Christopher04, it's Fancy1959. I take Lexapro for depression but not Neudextra. Make sure the same doctor is prescribing both medicines. And then run both medicines by your neurologist to make sure they don't interact negatively with any of your MS medications or your DMT. If you get all clear from your neurologist I wouldn't worry overly much about it because it's his job or her job to know how medications interact with one another. If you notice any negative side effects keep a journal and put down the side effects and bring them up on your next visit to your neurologist. I wish I could offer more assistance but I can't. Please let me know what you find out because you made me curious as well. Until we speak again please take care and remember together we are stronger! Fancy.

I no longer take both. Not sure the Neudextra was helping. Thank you Fancy
