We all face fear at some point. We all get over it or around it if we choose to. It is the nature of our disease. Personally I have 2 strategies.
I. It is against the rules to not survive, what rules you ask. It really does not matter just the rules. Makes no sense but I LIVE by it, it is just the rules.
2. Others have got through this, then so can I. I am made of the same stuff as them, if they can do it so can I, and I will because I am me. I am nobody special or unique I am the same as you. You can do it, I can as well.
Just be you, it is okay to be scared and to cry, but always remember RULE #1 SURVIVE.
Do not just survive, thrive in your own way this is a manageable illness that we have, not impossible. It just takes practice to get it better, not sure that u will ever get it perfect. Make it fun to try.
