My dearest Lonely persons\ scared Persons\Newbies. I suppose your Doctor does not inform "YOU" of this, but I will repeat it for "YOU" again today. It is against the rules to deliberately harm yourself leading to your termination (DEATH). That is a HUGE no-no. I do not know where the rule comes from, it just is. I understand accidents, I have done it several times myself, but as "YOU" can read I obviously lived through all of them.
Always keep this in mind, SELF HARM IS NOT THE ANSWER, it never is. Live long, live fully. It is possible ,"YOU" just have to decide to do it and always remember RULE 1

love it love it ...all so true ...we all get depressed but not to stop all that keeps is alive ...no way ...talk to someone ,anyone if you get so sad and thinking life is stopping for it isn't .. we can live with MS it is scary at first but talk to others...love and happiness is still out there ...loves...
