Thanks John, I wish it was available in the uk. Have a lovely, joyful, blessed Christmas, Jimeka
Thanks John....this is disappointing news though I kind of expected it was too good to be true that approval would happen at the end of the year.
Yes I appreciate the info, thank you John. I also emailed the link to myself so I can re-read it. I'm a little disappointed that I'm to old to participate in the trials they are doing. Otherwise I'd be first in line.
Thanks! johnMSAA
Disappointing about the Dalai but important re. The availability for PPMS.
Is it already available in Europe? I've read good efficacy and not many side effects.
No, erash ...it appears that Ocrevus is not yet approved in any other countries.
However, this treatment is available in the United States at no cost to eligible people with PPMS only, through a special program. Age limits and other criteria do apply. For more info on this program, please see MSAA’s online article here:

Thanks for the link John.
Thanks for posting this, John. I saw this on the evening news and googled the story. The "tease" on the news made me think that the drug had been approved so when I heard the details I was disappointed, but I am telling myself they just want us to be safe and March isn't THAT far away.
UPDATE: new info on Ocrevus from recently published data from three Phase III trials - here is MSAA's very latest article:
