I am not familiar with SSDI but I am sure keeping these type of records will benefit you at sometime. Health wise log the GOOD and not so good, then you will know when u are doing something right. Of course you repeat the good again and again, the not so. Well u learned your lessen didn't you.
This may be onerous at first, but as you get more into this journey you will start to know what needs to be written and what does not. Trust me you will be glad you started, besides it will give you something to do that you can manage and it is pretty low cost.
While you are doing this of course you are looking around aren't you. Looking for that little piece of inspiration that was made just for YOU and only YOU in the whole universe. Personally I like Bob Marley's 3 little birds "Don't worry about a thing 'cause every little things going to be alright" Let me tell you that line got me through some nights of screaming.
Find what touches you, find it and hold it tight. As your journey changes, your theme may change, but always have a theme that touches you.
Now go start making your notes, think about what else you can start doing to make your journey a little easier. Exercise, stretch, talk to somebody even if it is yourself. Read a book about your traveling companion. JUST DO, you are on this journey you CAN adjust which way you go a little bit. Make the adjustment & make your journey a little easier.
