Hi everyone, I’m new here I’ve been diagnosed with RRMS and I’m trying the dr. Terry wahls protocol approache on my MS being that I’m not on treatment and once your on it’s a snowball effect from that point on. If you are can you please share how is it working for you. Something must be working since the MSAA donated 1million towards her protocol because it’s been showing so much improvement. All by changing the way we eat and supplements. Please share your story with me with us. Thank you for reading

I’m so happy for you I’m having some issues with my lower back and legs they feel so weird and weak like my back wants to snap in half but they did an MRI and there’s no activity or anything going on so I don’t know what this is I hope some juicing will help

I believe also for all mypains, i use aromatherapy, like Lavender, jasmine, little peppermint, i place them on a micro-fiber towel, & place it on my legs, lower lumbar, wherever i hurt! Wrks. For me for at least 1/2 a day!💜💛💐😁

I had my 6 month MRI in April and had no new lesions :) I am still not taking any treatment. I truly believe that changing my eating, taking supplements and GETTING OFF meds has not only kept new lesions at bay but made me feel so much better. I was on Gabapentin for about a year for numbness and pain in my legs, hands and feet. One day I started feeling really off. I'm not sure how to explain it but nothing felt right and my mind was very off. I asked my neurologist how to stop taking the gabapentin and felt 80% better in about 10 days. Of course she didn't think it was a good idea not to take anything but she also wants me on treatment. I told her I'll just keep doing what I'm doing with food (I can actually exercise now that I'm off the gabapentin) and we can keep doing MRI's every 6 months. I still have pain but not all the time and my numbness has even gotten better. There are days I have a very difficult time with my legs (I use essential oils as well) and they do give me about half a day...then I put them on again. I keep an RX of Baclofen on hand because sometimes my twitching still gets bad and it drives me crazy but usually I don't even have to take it once a week. I'm sure this "treatment" isn't for everyone but it's working for me now and pray that it will continue to do so.
