1st infusion great

So I went and received the first dose of Ocrevus. Was so easy and I luckily had no adverse reactions in the days to follow. The only thing I suggest is to make sure your doctor’s order calls for the IV Benadryl! Mine had me take the pills. Oh my gosh, I’ve never itched that intensely in my life! They gave me the iv Benadryl and poof gone 😃. So, gotta get the 2nd half, hopefully goes as well as the first.

Heyamy yesterday I hay first full dose of Ocrevus and I was diagnose with MS in 2004 and the soles of my feet were numb I want to let you know that my right foot doesn't feel that way today because when I walk I can feel the floor. when I take a step it is a real step I am not dragging my foot. I hope this makes sense. I walk with a walker in the house but if I go anywhere I use my wheelchair. It is different to walk and bend my foot toe to heel. My goal is to walk with my walker when I have my next doctors appointment in July I want to shock him. I'll keep you posted..

I have to make myself do exercises to do that is my goal. I haven't had one in years but I have to do this for me.

HeyAmy, it's Fancy1959. That sounds fantastic! I too have not had any trouble with okra verse just with the silly Benadryl they insist I take that makes me sleep like a rock! I go this Tuesday for my first full dose of ocrevus. I had two half doses of ocrevus last fall. I can't wait to get in and get really going on the therapy. Congratulations again on yours.
