For me I either sleep or just suffer though it

Hugs (from my husband). Sleep is good. I would also be willing to keep trying chocolate whether it works or not.

I start taking a lot of ibuprofen. Sometimes it makes it go away. And, I slow down.

Cute article, and sorry that I missed it when you posted. I really cannot tell if I am having a relapse ~ never have been good at that. Overall, I try to handle my 'ms' by eating right, getting the required amount of sleep, take my meds and supplements, and exercise. Doesn't always happen, but I try.
