Made my 2 week Chiro appt with a massage after

With degeneration in my neck, it has been bothering me more lately so I figured it was time to make another massage appointment (been a few years since I had one). When I told my chiro he said it was a good idea. It is most likely why I have headaches still even though my sinus infection is cleared up.

Thanks jimeka It was a long road to finally get it cleared up but it is finally cleared up. Not to get this nagging headache to go away. Going to the chiro helped some but I think it is also a combo of allergies and the degeneration in my neck and possibility a change in my vision from last year (last vision appt was 3/14/17) so I'm due. I am going to purchase a vision insurance plan next month that my brother in law and cousin use and then I can make an eye doctor appt. in 24 - 48 hours. The insurance will cost less than $31/month and to get the glasses I want will be a lot cheaper than without insurance.
