Sorry, you can't sleep. My dog woke me up at 3 am out of a dead sleep because she wanted to go out. Would she go out though...no!! Then I couldn't fall back to sleep for anything and I have a Chiropractor appointment that I have to leave for in about 45 minutes. Dislike days like today :(

I hope you can fit in a nap today or can sleep well tonight.

I'm so sorry, Midgey_Midge06 - must be the Texas weather! I've been the same way the past three nights - almost overdose on sleeping pills and my other nighttime meds...and my brain will not turn off. Wish there was an off switch for my brain! Stumble through the day, thinking I know I'll sleep well tonight bc I haven't slept at all the past two nights - and as soon as my head hits the pillow 😳 - I'm wide awake!

Thats exactly it! Past 3 nites have been this way. I blame the dogs and my fiancΓ© but it must be the weather. Its so very very humid! I feel like i am walking around the bottom of a pool!

I finally slept last nite. I took way too many sleeping pills but i was desperate. Insomnia makes me a crazy person

Agree! I have to take and pick up my granddaughter to/from school, so, when I do fall asleep, it is time to get up. I am close to Houston. You?

Ugh. Insomnia has been my cross to bare for many years even if I'm exhausted. Vicious circle of 3 or 4 nites in a row adding to daytime brain fog & fatigue. Only after accumulating days of sleep deprivation I'll finally get a sound nite's sleep. Then the cycle begins again.

Its maddening isnt it? I have often considered giving myself a concussion just so i can sleep. But then i remember a head injury is what started this whole thing so i have to restrain
