jackiesj sorry I can't help. I was told by a very wise man who had his own health business, that evening primrose was good for ms and general well being. Good to see you around again. God bless Jimeka 🦋 🤗

Hi jackiesj I take my Vitamin D3 with food for better absorption per my doctors. I’ve never heard of any interaction with Vitamin C.

This link is to a good article about supplements authored by a guy whose blog I read. Granted it’s his personal list but it’s informative all the same. He is very smart and breaks complex ideas down so the rest of us can understand them. multiplesclerosis.net/livin...

Your situation may be different, but my primary care gal suggests I take Vit D, 5000 units daily, (and she watches my levels to make sure I'm taking neither too little nor too much.), magnesium glycinate 200 mg. daily, NAC (N-acetylcysteine), alpha lipoic acid 600 mg twice daily, 3000 mg of fish oil, such as Nordic Naturals, multivitamin, taurine, b-complex (again watching blood levels), garlic, calcium citrate 600 mg twice daily, and now Prolia for the osteoporosis. Though it may be coincidental, since I added the NAC, my walking and strength has improved. My fatigue has lessened greatly since adding the B-complex, so I was fairly deficient before.

I hope you talk to your doctor about any supplements, since they can be beneficial, but can also cause interactions, if we're not careful.

My neurologist recommended I take 5000 Vitamin D, 400 mg Magnesium ( I take it at night and since I started I can now make it to 7am without my leg pains waking me up - vs 2am before) and 200 mg grapeseed extract. But check with your doctor.

I take vitamin D 6000 units daily for twenty years. A few months ago I read about it effect-in sleep 😴 so I changed and take it in the morning 👍 Seems to have helped some. I also take a Kirkland signature multiple vitamin Dailey for three months and I think it has helped my energy 👍. I did research the vitamin before taking and advised doctor. 👍🙏🐾🐩😉 Ken

Jackie, I'm a big believer in vitamins and supplements, in addition to trying to eat healthy. I take an assortment of B12, B complex, Calcium 600, magnesium, potassium, 1 d3, in the morning, along with Celebrex 200mg turmeric. At noon I take to more Calcium 600mg, better for absorption to take apart during day, I've already been diagnosed as Osteopenia. In the evening, after dinner, I take Vitamin E, 2 Vitamin D3, Senior Multi, glucosamine and another Celebrex 200mg. It's good to spread them all out during the day for better absorption, drink plenty of fluids all day long to aid all the absorption. I carry a bottle of water around all day long. I don't always eat as healthy as I should, but am religious about my vitamins, supplements and fluids intake. Lynn
