High blood pressure

Anyone experience high blood pressure with their MS or medications? Mine has been high and we’re trying to treat it but not having much luck. My weight is fine and I’ve been watching what I eat.

StacyHayward the only time I have every had high blood pressure was because of the pain I had from sciatica when I went to the ER and at the doctors offices I had earlier this year. Which I'm not sure where that pain came from as I woke up with it one morning and it didn't go away for like 3 months or more.

Do you have unusual pain that you have encountered lately? New meds?

I also deal with high blood pressure at times. Secondary hypertension due to pain and anxiety. I take a daily propanol to help with my blood pressure and to help reduce twitching. It keeps it in check except when my pain and/or anxiety gets way out of control. Attempting to keep it all on check really plays a big factor in keeping my BP down

I know that most of the drugs that are prescribed for fatigue are stimulants and can cause an increase in blood pressure. Not sure about others.
