I recently ran across this article. It really hits the proverbial nail on the head when it talks about the frustrations of being chronically ill. I really identified with it. Worth a read.

I really enjoyed that. Cabin fever no matter what season it is. Even if its a mild spring I'm allergic to everything so its better with the air conditioning on. I have the fixer upper on the block. I had one of the first houses in the neighborhood and my landscape looked awesome. It's just tired now.

#9 has been bugging me lately.

Also, I hate it that it seems I have to choose between working a full day (at least I work from home) or spending evenings with my kid! I can’t do both-I don’t have the energy.

Ikeeptrying thanks for the article. I have several of Toni Bernhard's books. They are my go to books when I'm feeling down and need some good suggestions. Even if you don't have a meditation practice there is still much value in her books.
