Here on the forum, among us, it means we are listening (even when we only have energy to select "like"), and we listen without judgement, without trying to control another. We are empathetic, compassionate, and embracing...and when someone is silent here for a while, she or he is still present in our concern, our thoughts (l wonder how ______is doing?) .
