Governor Nathan Deal has just declared a state of emergency for EVERY county in the state of Georgia. Please pray not only for the people in Florida but for Ga Alabama NC SC and anybody in might have left out. May God watch over and have mercy on us all.

My sister called me she is back at home in Charlston S C and I heard from my friends that are from Florida so far so good.

Sorry to took so long to respond but we lost power about 7 Monday night at just got it back at 11 last night. Here no WiFi not communication. We are fine just needing a good shower. I had a big oak tree fall but it was in my woods where it couldn't damage anything. We are worried about our freezers more than anything else. We lost a freezer full of stuff 2 days before easter when kur old freezer gave up on us. It was a big loss. Praying this one survived. But the worst part was my grandson had no WiFi for his games so he was very bored. Haha.but our area was devastated. We all totally underestimated this storm. Almost the entire are was shut down for fallen trees and live lower wires. Never seen such wind in Ga. But we are OK and that's the main thing. God took care of us. God bless.

Glad you are alright, about your freezer can you claim that on your home owner insurance. When I got my policy one year I read it and I think it said something that the contants were covered. You never knew until you ask because that can cost a pretty penny.
Sorry to hear about your grandson not being able to play his games LOL I have a son he would have had to also find something to do.
Hhopefully our big freezer is ok we made sure not to open the door on it letting cold air out. Also have a small chest freezer and as of 6 yesterday afternoon it was still frozen solid so I think it will be all right. That I year old was pacing the floors he was so bored. Haha.
