Hi Everyone,
I am looking into riding the MS 150 in Cherry Hill. Does anyone have information on their experience? I just finished a Sprint Tri a few weekends ago.

Wow, Best wishes on your ride! Having been and avid cyclist prior to MS. I would suggest pacing yourself to comfortable MPH, keep your nutrition and hydration going in as you ride. Figure out what pace you need to be going to achieve your goal in whatever the time frame is and train accordingly.
