Fidget Spinner

Ok, SO this sounds stupid. But my wife got me a fidget spinner for Father's Day. I am addicted to it. But get this. I get stressed. I pick it up and play with it. A couple of times of stress, it has actually helped me calm calm. Totally refocuses ones mind. SO I would totally suggest, next time you are at a store and you see one. Spend the couple of bucks and get it. It is fun. Stress relieving, and refocusing all at once.

They are 10 a penny in my house, the boys nagged and nagged, but the novelty has worn off. They are even used in schools to help the kids concentrate. 🦋 🌈

Here in the US, we're having to ban the spinners from school because the kids are distracted from their work and are using them as projectiles!

Fidget spinners were recently on the news because little kids were swallowing the ball bearings. Be careful if you have small kids or pets
