You did a great job, and the colors are beautiful. I knit and crochet myself. I agree with you completely. It's calming and makes me feel a bit productive. I also love seeing how much the person appreciates my work, and the love put into it. I'm alot slower than I used to be, but I've come to appreciate that at least I can still do it. I usually have at least two different pieces that I'm working on at the same time. I work on a particular project depending how my hands are, or if I just get bored with the pattern and need a change. My husband often sees me working and asks........is that knit or crochet, what project is that, and who is that one for? Love to keep him guessing! hahaha

I generally just have one project going at a time. I think that's nice your husband at least knows there's a difference between knit and crochet, and takes an interest in it. It amazes me that I can do any crafting as I have 3 fingers that are mis-figured and useless by OA. How about a pic of your work?

Beautiful piece!. You're inspiring me to try my hand at crocheting again. Would be nice to do when it is too hot to go outside this summer.
