GerriG Is this beautiful flower to join the book of pain? My mind wants to "map" this spikey object onto the contours of MS...so what does round and spikey feel like? Like those giant borers that tunnel beneath cities, opening paths for subway trains, like a drill grinding through the bones on the bottom of my feet at the end of the day. This is so much better than those little smiley/frowny faces used to rate the degree of pain. When you complete this book of pain, I envision its use in helping those who suffer communicate the kind of pain because so many of us lack the language to explain what pain feels like...sometimes spikey, sometimes gnawing, sometimes dull and heavy, sometimes like broken glass, others like lightning strikes. You are truly an artist. Thank you.
