Hello erash. I haven't posted in quite a while but I do check in almost every day. I had my first infusion of Ocrevus about 1 month ago. The first 600mg dose was divided into two infusions of 300mg 2 weeks apart. Prior to each infusion I was given 100mg SoluMedrol IV and Benadryl IV. I had no infusion reaction and no side effects. Initially I was hesitant about participating in a clinical trial, but after doing some research of my own and speaking with my neurologist I decided to give it a try. This DMD looks quite promising and FDA approval is expected within the next month. I'll have a follow up MRI in 6 mos; just before the next infusion. Hopefully the results are good

Hello Hidden . Thank you so much for your post! As someone with PPMS I have been following the development of this med. closely. I am too old for the clinical trials which I was saddened by. Hearing that things have gone well for you so far was very uplifting! I hope things continue to go well for you!
