Grandulare Annulare

Hello - has anyone being diagnosed as having grandular annulare? It started after getting Covid - a few spots at first. Now 3 Covid illnesses later and I have over two hundred spots. I have tried 4 medications thus far and none have worked. Apparently its a condition that fewer than1% get so not a lot of research on the topic. About to try Plaquenil - very upsetting as there is nothing that has worked and the spots continue. It looks a bit like a massive outbreak of chicken pox! Just looking for suggestions. Its likely tied to inflammation in the body so I am working to reduce that.
