Red pinprick freckles

Hi so, I need help! I can't see a Dr for who knows how long, I'm 16, and my parents brush off any of my concerns. I have general anxiety and medical anxiety is really bad for me. I'm not a hypochondriac, but when I get a problem there are so many things that it could mean. Especially these red dots. Because everything I've seen from here and different Google forums it's likely Petechiae. But those have underlying causes soooo- yeah.

Anyway, my forearms, upper chest, stomach and thighs are slowly gaining more and tiny red pinpricks within the year. It seems every time I look there's more. One of them is actually a purplish and on my thigh and about the size of 6 pinpricks. All others are bright red to light red flat freckles scattered around.

This is not my only condition as I've also developed an odd red rash just above my knee. It's rather small, no spreading and no itching at all, but it appeared out of no where and has been present for a few months now. I saw a Dr earlier this year but didn't see the need to ask. It would have been a waste of her time even though it made me nervous, my family lives by the philosophy "If you're not dying, feel like you're dying, or bleeding great amounts it's okay" even tho that scares me. Picture of rash attached.

Any information or suggestions on what to do for either condition is greatly appreciated thank you ❤

I'm 90% sure that rash is just a simple fungal infection/a certain type of dermatitis , I get flare ups of a very similar rash every few months, because of dermatitis, it's highly treatable I'm treating a flare up around my nose and on my stomach, I got a cream called dakatort been using its four days so far an it's almost gone, interesting you mentions anxiety, because I have ptsd, along with anxiety disorder, I was specifically bad a couple weeks back and when my anxiety disorder gets bad, my dermatitis flares up, but I do get months without it as I get better at managing stress, but did have a really bad time with it recently, and I got little red rashes similar to was your showing, doc said it dermatitis/fungal infection, and anxiety trigger it, one mines nearly cleared know with that cream, the red pin prick Im not as sure of but, I sometimes get these little red spots on my skin, I don't know whether it's similar, there like teeny tiny spots of blood under my skin, some slightly raised like a tiny zist, I had them come and go now and again since I was a teenager and I'm in my late 30's now, I alway just ignore them I'm sure there stress related too, I have a friend that gets them and her terapist told her it was from they way her body is sensitive from stress. I have noticed on more stable/calm periods of my life my skin problems go away, but none of the thing I have ar anything to worry about. Going back to you, If ye can just get a bit of cream for the leg, even if ye don't there's a chance it will disappear, because I'd get lots of that sort of rash during flare up, if I had just one, I have often left it, eat extra fruit, try working on destressing lifestyle maybe a relaxing bath, do something that makes your heart sing with joy such a listening to your favourite music, or whatever hobbies you like doing, mine ar almost like a signal that my body's telling me I'm really stressed out because I don't even know I'm stressed when I am until I feel better in myself a couple week later. Not hundred percent sure I no what the pinprick freckles ar, but it really could be anxiety related I'm may be wrong, but it doesn't mean you shouldn't get it seen to by a doctor, try get an appointment with a doctor anyway, they'll definitely will be able to prescribe cream for the red rash on the leg, you may even get something over the counter you could also show a phamarsist, hope you get more comfortable, I hear you, sending love🥰, all the best.

Don't fungal and dermatitis come itchy? Cause mine hasn't caused any itching and I still can't find anything that looks like it anywhere

Mine doesn't, I also was trying to send a picture of the red spots on my legs, but cant figure it out, but they may not be what you have, but to describe them more, there like lots of little red dots, some slightly raised, when I press on them they dissappear, I've been getting them since I was 13,im now 37,they come and go as my body deals with anxiety/stress, I get some on my upper arms, they kinda look like goosebumps but red dots, when I shiver they become more obvious too, but they disappear themselfs when i get my stress levels undercontrol, easyer said than done though 💚, I notice some moderate, full spectrum healthy sun exposure can help them go too when the sun it out, for me it's all a out destress with the spots they never bother me,I sometimes think a good moisturiser can help at times I find aveeno skin relief pre-biotic triple oat complex+shea butter a good one, I new another girl who suffered with anxiety and she had similar to me, I know with me there stress related, anyway.

My dots don't go away when pressed, I'm at 60% stress levels on my calmest of days, and most are flat but a few of them are slightly raised. They were never there as a kid even when I used to have anxiety attacks and these specific dots have been around for a couple months now with no fading, there's actually a few more. I can try fungal creams but who knows how long it'll be to convince my mom to get me some 😌 thank you so much for your help

Mine look nothing like that unfortunately! They're very thinly scattered, barely there blood red pinpricks, they look just like my freckles only ya know, red. There's even a few on my breast. They look close to scattered Petechiae but I have no idea

You know your body more than anyone else, maybe it be a good idea if ye can't see a doc, to take a trip to a local pharmacy and show the pharmisist,if you can, hope you get more clarity and peace, take care💚🤗 all the best.
