Has anyone experienced being on Tetralysal long term?

Hi there, Just wanted some information regarding the acne medication tetralysal. I have had adult acne for years on and off and have recently been perscribed tetralysal. It has worked wonders, with no flare-ups for 5 months (which is rare) and my skin has been clear. But last month the pharmacist gave me lymecline (which is apparently the same?) since taking that for 1 month I have had a bit of a break out. but nothing major. And now I am back on tetralysal.

I was going to go back to the doctor to get another six month prescription at the end of this month, but before I wanted to find some information from people who have been on this drug long term. Was there any difficulties ?

Does the fact that I had a bit of a break out last month mean anything? Maybe I'm immune to the medication? Maybe lymecline is slightly different in some way? Will taking medicvation like this for a year + have negative implications?

Any information at all would be appreciated. Thanks!
