Unfortunately there is no home remedy for these, only specialist laser treatments may work, but there is no guarantee that it won't return in future. Laser treatments will have risks and the doctor should explain to you - the cost is around £500 to £1,000. Surgery should not be an option in that area.
In the meantime, try decaffeinated tea/coffee and avoid caffeine in general, add iron capsules, vitamin K and vitamin E as supplements (for 4 weeks to see if there is any improvement). Also, not to use anti-ageing, anti-etc-etc .. creams.
Note: Make sure you you do not have any other condition that should prohibit you taking Vit K supplements.
