I am wondering if you are allergic/sensitive to one of the ingredients in whatever you are eating for your breakfast to have such an immediate reaction?

You might have developed a gluten intolerance. I had that same thing happen to me about 6 years ago. Took 9 months to finally figure it out. Nothing was working. Try eliminating gluten from your diet for a few weeks and see if that helps. It took me 3 weeks to clear up my rash, but I started noticing a difference within a few days. After a few weeks you might try adding gluten back into your diet. If you have the rash back, then you most likely have become intolerant and will have to give up gluten.
