Bug bite issue

I am currently dealing with a bug bites issue. I have bright red bite marks when I wake up and am itchy everywhere, not just on the bites literally everywhere, all the time. I haven't found evidence of bed bugs and I have no idea what's causing this. Any insight would be amazing!!!

take yourself and a couple of close up photos of bites to your GP. In meantime change all your bedding and hoover your mattress. Check it's not your laundry liquid/tab/powder that is causing the itching.

It could be fleas or even some kind of dust allergy. Maybe mosquitoes?
