Dry red itchy patches on the skin

Hello

I just want to ask anyone if they have an idea on what is this skin condition. Though im leaning towards it being a psoriasis or some sort.

been like this for weeks now more than a month and its not only around my neck but also on my thighs as well. it is really itchy and feels very dry.. not to mention it does look vile :/

It could be one of a host of skin conditions, some are mild and temporary others are severe, and only a dermatologist can give you a satisfying answer. I hope it's a passing condition. Good luck.
