Hi, I am looking to chat with others about ocd. I'm struggling to deal with my thoughts of over thinking if I did something wrong. Hopefully this community can help with ideas of how to self help. Having ocd makes me feel less of a regular person.

Welcome to the forum!

You said that having ocd makes you feel less of a regular person. It's also my experience. One of the first casualty in our battle with OCD is our self-esteem. Gaining grounds in that battle fosters our self-esteem, which, in turn, helps us further to get the upper hand. It's a virtuous cycle.
