I want to stop getting notifications about this. Alot of time Beth doesnt respond. What are some efficient, helpful ways the @Iocdf is assisting individuals that suffer with anxiety and ocd? BethIOCDF @IOCDF
Hey Brig1120, the IOCDF has tons of resources for those dealing with OCD, their loved ones and for providers. 1) Our resource directory where you can find a provider/support group/ treatment group etc.. 2) We have an annual conference and several other conferences throughout the year for those OCD/Hoarding/BDD, their loved ones, for children, for providers etc.. 3) We have a Training program to get more providers qualified to treat OCD and other related disorders 4) We fund research for OCD via donations 5) We have walks going on all around the country to help raise awareness and funds for the disorder 6) Our entire website has a tons of psychoeducational information/resources/blogs/videos etc.. for those in need or wanting to educate themselves about the disorder 7) And we created the My OCD Community Page here on HU for people to connect with each other so they know they aren't alone.

The livestreams are very helpful too and the Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board is filled with top-notch OCD researchers and OCD specialists. The SIGs (Special Interest Groups) are amazing. Everyone at the IOCDF puts a ton of effort and compassion into helping the OCD community and they pour their heart and soul into their work. Beth and everyone at the IOCDF, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work. All of you make such a difference in improving the lives of those with OCD and their loved ones. The education you provide for clinicians and the rest of us is top-notch. I am very grateful for the IOCDF, keep up your outstanding work.
