Hey loves I know finding resources to treat OCD is HARD but I hope these resources can help make it a little easier. I recommend you Google stuff and look on r/ocd (Reddit) for resources cuz people know stuff and you can find so many good resources

This website has some programs it’s $65 /week billed every 4 weeks but they said if u can’t afford it u could contact them on a form and maybe if u explain a little on why you can’t, they might lower the cost

This is FREE it’s not a therapy program but it educates the user on what ERP is, it could be helpful for learning more about it

This one lets you get free treatment but that’s if u qualify to be a part of their research study

I would just look at it , if u qualify u get 2-3 months free treatment and $150
