I can only recommend spending some time in a sensory deprivation room if you can find one, being in nature more, trying meditation and also spending less time on social media.
Hello thank you. Yes I definitely look for sensory rooms at airports when i travel. J Woww from the show Jersey Shore has a son with Autism and had the first sensory room installed in the Barclay arena after his experience being overwhelmed by the noise. These rooms have been a huge relief.
EMDR eye movement desensitization reprocessing can help with alleviating trauma. And distraction and keeping your mind busy
you could also possibly be on the Autism spectrum.
I have wondered about that. I'm awaiting a thorough evaluation with a new provider. Thank you!
