Feeling anxious all the time,my heart pounding,my brain searching for possible mistakes i could make and gives me anxiety,Doing exposure and response prevention therapy for past 1 year,Developed some tolerance to anxiety,but thinking that i have to fight like this for years to come makes me frusturated

I understand feeling discouraged, but you can’t think how things may or may not be in the future ,you have to be in the present moment. Your searching brain is a symptom of your OCD. I can relate. Meditation helps me slow my brain and thoughts down. Have you tried meditation.? Are you working with an OCD therapist?
